So, exactly how does MY Personal Job Coach Work? I'm going to lead you through a series of exercises. At the end of this session, you'll have a list of jobs that are right for you, and a customized job search plan which will help you land the job you want, as quickly as possible.

These exercises will to help you:

Identify your in-born Personality Type

Recognize your greatest strengths, and
possible blind spots

Discover your most critical Career Satisfiers

Learn how to transfer your best skills to the job you want

Find work in a field that interests you

In this session, you will also be able to:

Learn everything you need to know about all of the jobs you're interested in such as the educational requirements, salary range, future outlook, AND actual availability

You'll have access to The Career Decision Making Matrix Tool, which will enable you to analyze and compare your best job options, and

Create your Personal Job Search Road Map, which includes a Job Tracking Tool to help you manage the whole process

And if you need additional, more personal assistance, you'll have access to a roster of leading career counselors who I've recruited to help you.
